- Retention Period: Once data are deleted, user can request their data in a period less than 5Months (this period is termed as the period of inactivity) after this period data could be deleted permanently from the app and user will be requested to register again when need to access the services again.
- Review of Retention Periods:We (Bluetick Mikopo Nafuu Team) Periodically review retention periods to ensure they remain appropriate and comply with legal requirements.
4. Data Deletion Process
- Initiation: Once a deletion request is received and verified, initiate the deletion process promptly.
- Data Deletion: Data are temporary deactived before deleted permanently from the app, once temporary deleted data could be backed up in a range of not greater than 5Months only
- Confirmation: Email and sms notification will be sent to user once their data are deactived before deleted, and when deleted the notification will be sent to specific user.
5. Exceptions
- Legal Obligations: In some cases, Bluetick Mikopo Nafuu may be required to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
- Business Requirements: Certain data may be retained for legitimate business purposes, provided it is no longer associated with identifiable individuals.
